My concentration will be on a variety of objects that focus on color and the quirkiness that they hold. I'm going to use macro, color, lighting, rule of thirds, and movement to communicate this idea and to create unity, along with repetition, point of view, and figure ground to create variety between images. I'm an odd person, and I think that nothing is really "normal" in the world, so I wanted to photograph things that had quirky characteristics to show my personality and how I view the world.
Your pictures are very interesting and colorful. I love the variety of items that you used and how you experimented with the colors. Your concentration looks great! I would maybe up the contrast on the second photo of the fans, it seems a little washed out. Other than that they look great!
Hayley. All of your pictures are incredible. I love the pictures themselves, but I also love your editing. The colors are perfect and really make sense with your theme. I don't have any critiques. I just love your concentration.
Nice work! I really like the strong colors that you used, I also think what Hallie said about boosting the contrast in the second photo would be an easy fix to improve your concentration. This is definately one of my favorites!
Your portfolio is amazing, I can't even think of anything I would change! I love everything from the editing to the pictures themselves, both are very strong! Great job, you're for sure going to get a 5!
I absolutely love this concentration. You took a concentration theme that may seem easy to do at first and made it completely unique and artistic. You have a very unique way of comparing images in dyptics and all of the colors are amazing. I would not change anything at all!
Your theme is great! All of your photos go well with the theme you chose. It gives off like a dream-like feeling. I dont think you need to change anything, because there all great.
This is one of my favorite concentrations! I love all the colors, they really grab the attention of the viewer. I also like it, because all of the subject matter is all stuff I am interested in, so I feel like i can relate to it too!
I love your concentration theme! I love how it could be so simple but you make it so much more interesting with the colors! I don't think you need to change anything, your concentration is amazing!
So I would agree with everyone else, your photos are really cool. You have a new perspective, and I get the feel of quirkiness. If you did change anything maybe up the contrast on the golden fish. Great choice of photos, I like them.
Talk about color!! These images are so strong and clear!! There's also great variety of subject matter, color, and textures. I don't think you should change anything, these are great!!
Your concentration series is gorgeous!! Your colors are all so incredibly vivid and the strength of the clarity in each one. The only thing I can think of to change is the 8th image (and also the one of it in the new post), because I feel like the little kitty is distracting. It's totally relevant, I just don't feel like it allows the image to flow correctly.
