My concentration will be on a variety of objects that focus on color and the quirkiness that they hold. I'm going to use macro, color, lighting, rule of thirds, and movement to communicate this idea and to create unity, along with repetition, point of view, and figure ground to create variety between images. I'm an odd person, and I think that nothing is really "normal" in the world, so I wanted to photograph things that had quirky characteristics to show my personality and how I view the world.

Pic from Paper Crane series
This is one of the pictures I took of my paper cranes hanging from a tree. While it's not colorful (I may change that later in photoshop), I really love the contrast that was created from the backlighting of the sky. It was actually spitting snow when I took this picture so the overcast skies helped with the setting in this photo.
